We’re thrilled to announce that Floris Felix will be the next artist to light up the I LOVE ILLUSTRATION Gallery this December!
Step into the magical world of Floris Felix — where art, fashion, and flamboyance collide. Known for his signature style of bold lines, vibrant colors, and expressive characters infused with glamour and a touch of magic, Floris brings fashion to life on canvas in striking, larger-than-life compositions.
Especially for this show, he is creating three monumental works, some reaching up to two meters high! His imaginative fashion girls will fill the gallery in every size and color during the festive December month.
Expect a dazzling solo show bursting with fashion energy, personality and a touch of magic!

AMSTERDAM MODESTAD
On August 30, 2025, the exhibition Amsterdam Modestad was officially opened at De Hallen Amsterdam × I Love Illustration Gallery. This special exhibition celebrates two milestones: 750 years of Amsterdam and 5 years of I Love Illustration Gallery.

Originally from Ukraine and now based in Amsterdam, Zinaida is a visual artist known for her bold, digitally created female portraits that radiate character, attitude, and mood. Piet Paris at Rosewood Amsterdam
Throughout September, The Gallery at Rosewood Amsterdam transformed into an open studio. Piet Paris, one of the Netherlands’ most influential fashion illustrators for over thirty years, was the Artist in Residence. Under the title The Dress, The Drawing & The Draftsman, he works live amid couture creations by designers including Iris van Herpen, Viktor&Rolf, Claes Iversen, David Laport, Benchallal, and Ronald van der Kemp.
Visitors to The Gallery experienced more than an exhibition: you could watch Paris sketch, experiment, and translate couture into line and movement. The displayed couture pieces were regularly rotated, offering something new to discover at every visit.
This residency marked the first part of a three-month creative journey. In October, Piet Paris explores graphic printing techniques, and end of January a concluding sales exhibition will take place, in collaboration with I Love Illustration Gallery.
