About ILI Gallery
Located in the beautifully restored tram depot De Hallen, in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, ILI Gallery is a boutique gallery dedicated to contemporary art with a strong focus on fashion, style and visual culture.
Founded in 2020 by curator and art director Anneke Krull, the gallery presents original works by a carefully curated selection of established and emerging artists, both Dutch and international. While fashion illustration remains an important foundation, ILI Gallery embraces a broader artistic scope, where drawing, graphic work, mixed media and cross-disciplinary practices meet.
A cornerstone of the gallery is the presentation of iconic works by renowned Dutch artist Piet Paris, whose distinctive visual language has left a lasting mark on fashion illustration and contemporary graphic art.
Founder & Director
Anneke Krull opened the gallery in September 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in the fashion, editorial and creative industries. Her career includes collaborations with leading magazines such as Blvd., AvantGarde, Elegance, Marie Claire, RED, Grazia and Wendy, as well as creative projects for institutions like the Rijksmuseum and brands including Vlisco.
Before founding the gallery, Anneke shared her passion for illustration and visual culture through her influential blog I Love Illustration, which grew into an internationally recognized platform championing fashion illustration.
Curating Exhibitions & Pop-Ups
In addition to the gallery programme, we curate exhibitions and pop-up shows in collaboration with cultural institutions, fashion platforms and brands. Highlights include a vibrant pop-up exhibition created in partnership with Amsterdam Fashion Week, showcasing both established and emerging Dutch talents and celebrating the evolving language of fashion illustration and style-driven art.
An Art Book About Style
In 2010, Anneke collaborated with renowned art publisher Gestalten on The Beautiful: Illustrations for Fashion and Style. The book features 100 visionary artists shaping fashion, lifestyle, editorial and advertising imagery worldwide. It quickly became a sought-after collector’s item and an important reference within the field.

ILI Agency connects brands with artists in fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
The agency exclusively represents renowned Dutch artist Piet Paris. Alongside this, ILI Agency works with a carefully curated international network of illustrators and artists, selected per project for their distinctive style and creative excellence.
